Global Finance Leadership Program

The program’s mission is to attract and develop highly motivated graduates that demonstrate BNY Mellon’s core values (Passion for Excellence, Integrity, Strength in Diversity, Courage to Lead), by providing training and exposure across diverse areas of Finance to prepare them to be globally-minded leaders.

Program Highlights

This 18-month program consists of three 6-month rotations across Finance.  Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be placed into full-time roles within the Finance department.

Ideal Candidate

  • Current undergraduate student graduating by May 2023
  • Outstanding record of academic achievement
  • Major in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field (preferred)
  • Interested in building a broad-based skillset in the Finance disciplines
  • Intellectually curious
  • Aptitude for analytic thinking and problem solving
  • Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply
